Purchased Feature but Functions Are Not Unlocked

If you purchased an upgrade in Stop Motion Studio but its features are still locked, close and reopen the app first. Make sure the device is signed in to the same store account used for the purchase.

If the features remain locked, follow Restore a Previous Purchase. The restore steps depend on whether you bought the app or upgrade through Apple, Google Play, Microsoft Store, or our website.

If a store purchase still does not appear after using the correct account, check the store's purchase history to confirm which app or upgrade was purchased before contacting support.
