No Sound in Stop Motion Studio on iPhone or iPad

If your movie plays without sound, first play another video on the device. This helps show whether the problem affects the device or only the Stop Motion Studio project.

1. Turn up the media volume while the movie is playing. Check that Silent Mode is off if your device has a Ring/Silent switch.
2. Disconnect headphones or Bluetooth speakers, or select the intended audio output in Control Center.
3. Open the project and check that its audio clip is present and its volume is turned up.
4. Close and reopen Stop Motion Studio, then play the movie again.

If sound works in the project but is missing from the exported movie, export a short test movie and check that file before changing the project. If the issue remains, contact support and say whether the sound is missing in the project, the export, or both.
